Dr. Mains has been
a guest professor at various colleges and seminaries, both
in the U.S. and overseas. He is skilled at working with men
and women who feel they are less-than-exceptional preachers
and helping them become remarkably effective in the pulpit.
He prefers teaching in an intensive environment when the learning is focused
and extremely practical. He holds three-day seminars in his home area of West
Chicago, Illinois four times a year. Participation is limited on each occasion
to 10 people so each one receives the personal attention deserved.
If you are traveling, you will need to arrange for a place to stay Monday, Tuesday
and Wednesday evenings. Feel free to ask us about close motel sites. The first session begins at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday and
the last session ends at noon on Thursday.
There will be 16 concentrated hours of classroom time with assignments to complete
each evening, so you will want a quiet place to be able to work. You are responsible
for your morning and evening meals. Lunch is provided each day as well as drinks
and snacks. The cost is $300.00 per person.
